These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MOG IRL mobile application ("App") and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MOG IRL for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the standard Apple EULA.
Auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the Aesthetics Analysis screen and 14-Day Plan. Billed immediately.
Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and again at the end of each 7-day period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payments already charged are non-refundable through the app; refund requests must go through Apple.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MOG IRL, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a subscription.

The Shop and product recommendation features link to MyAscension, a third-party retailer. Purchases made on external sites are governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party goods or services.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account or by emailing support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOG IRL is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
